Return and Refund Policy

At REF Stockholm Ireland (Ice Cool Products LTD), we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may need to return a product. To make the return process as easy as possible, please review our policy below:

 

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 365 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie you received an incorrect or defective item).

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.
