Scott Thomas has over 20 years of experience in the industry, with 10 of those focused on the education sector.
Originally from the Welsh valleys, he’s known for his down-to-earth approach and passion for hair colour. As the owner of a bespoke colour studio, Scott works one-on-one with clients, helping them transform their look and boost their confidence through personalised colour techniques.
Having worked with other prestigious hair brands Scott has travelled extensively, delivering education across Europe, Australia, America,
and Dubai. His expertise lies in creating on-trend blondes and being a formula specialist. He is passionate about education, sharing knowledge, and empowering stylists with quick, effective colouring techniques.

With over 30 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Rob Lacey brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and passion to his role as Education Manager. Having previously worked in senior educational roles for leading global hair brands and as a successful salon owner, Rob offers a deep understanding of both the artistic and business sides of the industry.
Rob’s commitment to education and professional development has made him a trusted mentor to countless stylists. His hands-on approach, combined with his extensive product knowledge and technical expertise, ensures that every REF training session is both inspiring and practical—designed to empower stylists with real, usable skills that elevate their craft and client experience.
